Props Rental Timeline
Kindly place your props rental order at least 5 days before your collection date. There is no minimum rental order. All props are subject to availability and collection date and time are subject to both parties convenience. Hence, it is better to book the props earlier. Kindly wait for a confirmation email or text from us to indicate the availability of the props you wish to rent. We will inform you should an item be unavailable.
Props Rental Period
The prices stated for props rental is for a period of 4 days from collection day. For instance if you are collecting on 1 Jan, you are to return the props back to us on 4th Jan. Kindly let us know if you need to rent the props for a longer period, a chargeable fee applies.
Payment
Upon confirmation of props rental, kindly make the transfer to us via PayNow or iBanking to confirm the rental. Rentals are only confirmed when you received a payment verification email or message from us.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit which is equivalent to the total rental amount is required. Example if total rental amount is $85, the security deposit will be $85 as well. Security deposit will be returned once all props are returned in good condition. In the event that props are damaged, stained or missing, full retail value will be charged on the deposit for damaged and missing props.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to collection date will have the upfront refunded to you. Any cancellations made less than 2 weeks will have 50% of the refund forfeited.
Dessert Table Planning Time
For us to plan your party better, kindly make a booking with us at least 3 weeks before your party date. Oh Pinata reserves the right to cancel or reject any orders at any time.
Dessert Table Packages
Kindly note that after selecting and placing an order for a dessert table package online, the order is not confirmed till you receive a follow-up confirmation email from us.
We have curated 3 different packages to suit your needs. If you have desserts and bakes, do opt for our Fun Dessert Table Décor Packages. For this package, we will customise the party decorations such as toppers, bunting, e-invite, dessert labels, table signage, themed paper goods, and include rental of dessert displays and props.
If you need desserts, do choose our Petite Dessert Table Packages with at least 50pcs of desserts for up to 25 guests, or Hassle-free Dessert Table Packages with at least 100pcs of desserts for up to 50 guests. We do not bake, however we work with local bakers to provide you with delicious desserts.
All packages are customisable, however additional charges apply for themes that require additional manpower hours, materials, transport fee, and other additional costs incurred.
Party Duration and Set-up Time
Party duration time is up to 4 hours. We will set-up 1.5 hours prior to the start of the event.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to event date will have 50% of the upfront refunded to you. Any other cancellations made less than 2 weeks will have the full upfront fee forfeited.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $100.00 in cash will be collected on the event day after the setup and be returned to you during teardown once all props are collected back in good condition. A cleaning fee of $10 is chargeable for stained table cloths and $50 for tulle backdrop in the event that the stains are unremovable. Full retail value will be charged on the deposit for missing/damaged props.
Event Venue Requirements
Kindly check with the event venue management regarding external vendors setting up before making any booking with us. In the event if the venue is not suitable for the party set up, Oh Pinata will not be held responsible and no refunds will be given.
Surcharges
Setup before 9am, and teardown after 10pm will be subjected to a $50 early/late hours surcharge. A surcharge of $30.00 applies for setups in offshore areas (Sentosa, Jurong Island, Tuas, and Hotels to cover the entry and parking fees. There is no surcharge for set-ups on Public Holiday.

A $30, $50 or $100 refundable security deposit in cash is required on the day of collection depending on the no. and price of props rented. The deposit will be returned to you once all props are collected back undamaged. The retail value will be charged to the deposit for missing/damaged props.

Any cancellations made after confirmation will have 50% of the fee refunded to you.
Delivery and Set-up / Tear-down
There is no delivery and set-up / tear-down for Props Rental. If you require our service to deliver the props to your event and assist in setting up, styling and tearing down, there will be additional charge of $150. Setup before 9am, and teardown after 10pm will be subjected to a $50 early/late hours surcharge. A surcharge of $30.00 applies for setups in offshore areas (Sentosa, Jurong Island, Tuas, and Hotels to cover the entry and parking fees. There is no surcharge for set-ups on Public Holiday.
